YSL

Today I watched "L'amour Fou", a movie that tells YSL's story. Totally recommend it. A movie to watch with the girls though. My boyfriend slep the whole movie, LOL.
   Have a great weekend!
   Love you, Rafi
Assiti hoje ao filme de YSL, "O Louco Amor de Yves Saint-Laurent". Amei, super recomendo. Porém não levem os namorados, o meu dormiu o filme todo. Ótima escolha para ver com as meninas.
  Bom fim de semana!
  Amo vocês, Rafi

Valentino Bag

Today I was watching Gossip Girl season 4 episode 11 and couldn't help to notice Blair's bag. A Valentino that I have been crazy about since I saw in a store in Rio. In Alberta (luxe store in Rio), the same model but in total red costed R$7000,00. Later I went to Saks online store and found it in camel for $1995,00. Love the three of them, sorry I couldn't find a pic of the red one.

Which one do you like the most ?

Party Look

This week I went to a party, and decided to post my look here.
I choose to wear a cocktail dress that I bought a couple of years ago and I love the mix of colours in it. I wore my new lipstick Lancôme L'Absolue Rouge 151, that I bought in Buenos Aires last week. and lots and lots of mascara, a mix of  Make Up For Ever Smoky Lash that I had already spoken of here and my new Helena Hubinstein Lash Queen Feline Blacks, that I also bought in BsAs. Fluidline Eye Liner from MAC.

I'm sorry about the quality of the pictures, promise to work on that.
   XO, Rafi.

   Beijos, Rafi.

Buenos Aires

Last week I went to Buenos Aires. I had heard a lot about the city, and it is so close from Rio, that my family decided to spend some days there. And honestly ? I was disapponted.
The city is beautiful, its achitecture is lovely and remembers Europe's but when it comes to fashion, that is the main focus of this blog, there aren't many alluring stores. Before I left for BsAs, many people told me that the city was fantastic to do shopping, and everything was extremely cheap. I didn't feel like that at all. My father said that it happened because I'm too demanding. But I'm not. I just prefer buying one bag that costs a fortune but I know that will last decades and my grandchildren will inherit than to buy lots of priceless stuff that in less than one year will be completely unwearable or usable. Like in anywhere in the world, what is good is expensive, and what isn't is cheap.
However, what the city lacks in fashion it makes up withs  its architecture and parks. While in the neighborhoods called "Microcentro" and "San Telmo" the old buildings overshadow the new ones, with their carming european like style, "Palermo" is the cool place, with fascinating constructions that perfectly unite the new and old and connect with the beautiful nature of the lots of parks that the neighborhood holds.
One particular place had my heart immediatly. The Japanese Garden. What a lovely place. So peaceful, it is the biggest japanese garden outside Japan. Precious place, it really is worth a visit, even if it's just for a five minute walk. And the Japanese Restaurant inside the park is exquisite too. Very typical, great sushi.
As I am talking about travel, I'm posting what I wore in the plane. It is only a two hour flight, but there's nothing worse than being unconfotable up in the sky.

Skinny jeans from Zara, Manufact ballerinas, Tommy Hilfiger cardigan and Chloé bag.

   Thank you.
   XO, Rafi
